1. About Body by Bunny LLC
Body by Bunny LLC is an ISSA-certified personal training business based in Yuba City, California, offering in-person fitness assessments, personalized training programs, nutrition coaching outlines, and access to an online training app. Our services are designed for beginner and intermediate-level women, including postpartum moms, teens, and those new to exercise.
2. Services
Body by Bunny LLC provides the following services:
- Free in-person fitness assessments (40 minutes, no obligation)
- Personalized fitness and training plans
- Nutrition coaching outlines
- Access to the Trainerize online training app
- Weekly accountability check-ins with your coach
- Beginner-friendly orientation
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Age Restriction
Our SMS messaging program and online services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Body by Bunny LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, please do not submit your phone number or opt in to our messaging program without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Note: Body by Bunny LLC does offer fitness training programs for teens. In those cases, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on behalf of the minor for any communications.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Our Fitness Assessment program offers appointment reminder and confirmation texts to keep you on track with your fitness goals. You can expect messages to remind you of upcoming appointments and confirmations for sessions you have booked.
To stop receiving SMS messages: Text STOP to the shortcode at any time. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You will receive appointment reminder texts on a regular basis. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Free Fitness Assessment
The free fitness assessment is a complimentary 40-minute in-person consultation with no purchase obligation. By booking an assessment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information so we can confirm your appointment
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
- Acknowledge that the assessment is informational and does not constitute medical advice
Body by Bunny LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.
6. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Body by Bunny LLC provides fitness coaching and general wellness guidance. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are postpartum, have an existing medical condition, or have been recently injured.
By participating in our programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and hold Body by Bunny LLC, its coaches, and affiliates harmless from any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation.
7. Memberships and Payments
Monthly training memberships are billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a membership:
- You authorize Body by Bunny LLC to charge your payment method on a monthly cycle
- You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice
8. User Conduct
When using our website or communicating with Body by Bunny LLC, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the functionality of our website or booking systems
- Harass, threaten, or disrespect our coaches or staff
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Body by Bunny website — including text, images, logos, and program materials — is the property of Body by Bunny LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body by Bunny LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sutter County, California.
